This Privacy Policy explains how DenZ West (“DenZ West”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit denzwest.com, contact us, book a call with us, or interact with tools we operate.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• When you email us — your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• When you book a discovery call — bookings are handled by Cal.com. You provide your name, email address, preferred language and your answers to our booking questions (for example, your company name, what your business does, team size, the process you’d like to improve and an approximate budget range). The booking is added to our calendar.

Information collected automatically

• This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and request time) to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
• The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google may receive your IP address.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your messages and requests.
• To schedule, prepare for and hold discovery calls.
• To provide, plan and deliver the services you ask us for.
• To keep our website and systems secure.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Google user data

DenZ West operates an internal content-publishing tool that connects to Google APIs (including the YouTube Data API). The tool is used only by DenZ West, and only with DenZ West’s own Google and YouTube accounts, to upload, schedule and manage videos on our own YouTube channel and to view basic information about that channel.

• We access only the data needed to publish and manage our own content (for example, channel details and the videos we upload).
• Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Access tokens are stored securely on systems controlled by DenZ West and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

DenZ West’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Cal.com — call scheduling.
• Google — email, calendar and video meetings.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of a conversation or project and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping — unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing denzwestbusiness@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Third-party links

Our website links to third-party sites (such as Cal.com, YouTube and LinkedIn). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
